Take the lead in clinical data oversight as the Manager of Clinical Data and Safety Monitoring in Canada. This impactful position focuses on enhancing clinical research quality and team collaboration.
In this leadership role, you will direct clinical data and safety monitoring efforts, liaising with sponsors and internal teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee clinical data and safety monitoring management
• Mentor and empower team members in their roles
• Coordinate DMC/DSMB operations and logistics
• Prepare documentation for committee meetings
• Maintain clear communication among stakeholders
Requirements:
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in a relevant field
• Minimum 8 years in clinical trials and 5 years in DMC management
• 3+ years managing teams or clinical projects
• Solid understanding of GCP and clinical methodologies
• Strong organizational and communication skills
