We are recruiting for a Specialist, Print and eResources to join our team in our Toronto office. The successful candidate must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a legal, professional services, academic, corporate library or research environment and will be responsible for managing print and electronic resources, coordinating resource access and vendor relationships, cataloguing and maintaining library records, supporting users, and improving resource-management processes and workflows.

Salary Range
: $76,000 - $86,000 annually

As a Specialist, Print and eResources, you will:
- Maintains and improves the firm’s print and electronic resources across all offices, including standing orders and practice group resources, using the Library Management Software and related resource‑management tools. This includes maintaining catalogue records, system modules, data quality, reporting fields and user‑facing access points, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and vendors.
- Coordinates electronic‑resource access, passwords, license information, permissions and troubleshooting to support reliable availability of key research products.
- Liaises with publishers, aggregators and vendor representatives to support acquisitions, renewals, license coordination, order follow‑up, invoice resolution and resource‑related communications.
- Maintains accurate resource, vendor, license, subscription, billing and usage information to support renewals, budget tracking, reporting and decision‑making.
- Coordinates interlibrary loans, document delivery and resource‑access requests, maintaining accurate transaction records and supporting timely cost recovery or payment processing where applicable.
- Manages serials and continuing resources, including maintaining records consistent with recognized library standards, monitoring subscription changes, producing reports and identifying opportunities to streamline or modernize related processes.
- Catalogues English resources and selected French resources for the firm’s libraries, maintaining the integrity, consistency and usability of catalogue and metadata records.
- Processes library materials, including labelling, repairs, inventory maintenance and related collection‑management activities, with a focus on practical and efficient workflows.
- Provides user support, guidance and orientation on the catalogue, resource access, library tools and selected research‑resource workflows.
