WSP seeks a Senior Hydrogeologist to enhance operations in Toronto or Whitby. This senior role requires 12+ years in consulting with a focus on Hydrogeology, especially within the Ontario market. Expect to lead project management, business development, and support team initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide hydrogeological documentation and field investigations
• Ensure high-quality technical work and client deliverables
• Collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects across WSP
• Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients
• Review technical and financial proposals for clients
Requirements:
• Degree in Hydrogeology or related fields
• Ontario licensed P.Eng. or P.Geo., or eligibility
• 12+ years of hydrogeological consulting experience
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
