In this senior role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in analytical methods and laboratory instrumentation. Your responsibility includes providing technical support, troubleshooting instrumentations, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance laboratory capabilities and drive research initiatives that have significant impacts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for laboratory instrumentation
• Develop and optimize analytical methods and technologies
• Troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation and processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Train laboratory personnel on analytical techniques
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in food science or related field
• 5+ years experience in laboratory science or analytical chemistry
• Strong knowledge of microbiological testing methods
• Familiar with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
