Pre-Lock® Security Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Sprinkler Alarm Technician for a full-time, on-site position in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting sprinkler alarm systems, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The technician will collaborate with clients to ensure their life safety and security needs are effectively met and will deliver exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships.

• Proficiency in Low Voltage Engineering and understanding of electrical systems
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and maintenance of alarm systems
• Experience with Alarm Systems and Life Safety protocols
• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide professional support and build rapport with clients
• Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices in security and safety systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in the security or fire safety industry is an asset
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel across the Greater Toronto Area
