• Conduct electrical maintenance, renovations, installations, and repairs efficiently
• Perform initial assessments of electrical issues, take photos, and document findings for work orders
• Install and maintain electrical systems and components, adhering to safety standards
• Operate and maintain a clean, organized and efficient service vehicle
• Renovate, troubleshoot, repair and replace existing systems
• Generate and manage new work orders, providing detailed evaluations for the Maintenance Department
• Execute additional electrical tasks, including wiring, circuit repairs, panel upgrades, and fixture installations

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Electrician's License in Ontario
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical work or a similar role
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle capable of transporting electrical equipment and tools
• Proficient with electrical tools and testing equipment
• Highly organized with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Must own an iPhone for job-related communications
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Up-to-date knowledge of electrical codes and safety protocols
