Licensed Refrigeration Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced, licensed , and highly skilled 313A Refrigeration Mechanic to join our growing industrial refrigeration team.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows their trade, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a company that understands the realities of the field. This is a full-time, permanent position open to qualified candidates living in the GTA.

Responsibilities Troubleshoot, service, and maintain industrial refrigeration systems Lead and complete complex repairs, diagnostics, and system optimizations Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections to ensure system reliability and compliance Respond to service calls and breakdowns with a solutions-focused mindset Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, site supervisors, and internal teams Support and mentor apprentices and junior technicians when required Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and maintenance records Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory standards on job sites What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Valid 313A Refrigeration Mechanic License Strong experience working with ammonia and or CO2 refrigeration systems considered an asset Ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex system issues Solid understanding of industrial refrigeration safety standards and best practices Full G license Professional
