EPI Fire Protection Inc. is seeking a full-time CFAA Fire Alarm Technician to join our on-site team in Toronto, ON. The primary responsibilities include installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of fire alarm and life safety systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. The technician will respond to service calls, conduct routine inspections, and verify compliance with Ontario Fire Code and other regulatory standards.

- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the fire alarm industry as a fully licensed technician.
- Experience with Low Voltage Engineering and proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and technical systems.
- Practical knowledge of Alarm Systems and Life Safety equipment, along with familiarity with fire alarm codes and regulations.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and the ability to manage client relationships professionally.
- Valid Class G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for logging service reports and using diagnostic software.
