HVAC Installer​/Helper

Therm Energy is hiring a driven individual to join our fast-growing team of Smart Home Specialists! We are looking for a HVAC technician that is reliable, outgoing, trustworthy, and willing to grow their career.

• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner on each and every call.
• Must be familiar with all required PPE and be willing to work while wearing the appropriate safety items.
• Complete a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• No criminal convictions/police records/background check required.

• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
• Must be punctual and dependable. Able to maintain company vehicle in a neat, clean and safe standard.
• Must be willing to work with little supervision and be available on rotating shifts as required, including weekends.
• Must be able to stand, walk, reach and bend for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to comfortable lift up to 50
  
  Lbs.
• Must have the ability to drive extended distances to and from service calls.
• Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air‑condition equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards.
• Must be able to install furnace, AC, tankless, HWT, humidifier and other heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Must be able to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment.
