Position: Wood Floor Installer at Capital Floor

We're seeking skilled installers with 3 to 5 years of experience who excel in customer service and can travel to varied job sites efficiently.

Your role will not only involve installation but also the inspection and preparation of flooring areas, ensuring every project meets our high standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Measure and prepare surfaces for installation

• Read and interpret technical blueprints

• Cut and install underlay and diverse flooring options

• Repair damaged flooring and carry out moisture tests

• Estimate project costs and materials needed

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school education

• At least 3 years of experience in flooring or related areas

• Bondable and able to pass a criminal check

• Valid work authorization for Canada

• Physically fit for demanding tasks
