Alba Appliance Group, a leading provider of appliance repair services in the GTA, is seeking a talented and experienced Appliance Technician to join our dynamic team. • Competitive Compensation: $28 - $30 per hour (commensurate with experience). Company Vehicle:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential appliances, including:
  Washers (top-load, front-load, stackable);
  Dryers (electric, ventless);
  Refrigerators (standard, built-in, ice makers);
  Dishwashers;
  Ovens & Ranges (electric, gas, cooktops);
  Microwaves;
  And other common household appliances
• Provide exceptional customer service, explaining technical issues clearly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including diagnoses, repairs, and parts used.
• Manage your daily schedule efficiently, ensuring timely arrival at appointments.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, colleagues, and customers.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

• 2+ years of experience in appliance repair (preferred). We will consider highly motivated apprentices with relevant training.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid G driver s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to use mobile technology for scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and move appliances safely.
• A positive attitude and a robust work ethic.
