Position: Implementation Lead for Fibre Projects
Drive strategic construction projects at Beanfield, a leader in fibre-optic networks. This role, based in Toronto, involves site management and collaboration with contractors to ensure project success.

As the Implementation Lead, you will oversee key OSP projects while reporting to the Manager of Strategic Projects. We seek someone with 2-5 years in telecommunications, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Your organized approach will contribute to aligning network expansion initiatives with company standards and community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform site visits to assess project scope and budget

• Manage daily construction inspections for quality compliance

• Attend project kick-off meetings and coordinate tasks

• Collaborate with teams to resolve technical and safety issues

• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years in telecommunications design and construction

• High school diploma required; engineering degree preferred

• Valid Ontario “G” Class Drivers’ License

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and JIRA
