Property Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician reporting to the Community Manager, you will ensure that residential properties operate smoothly and attractively. You’ll conduct inspections, maintain the exterior, and oversee equipment handling. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily inspections of mechanical and electrical systems

• Clean and maintain exterior grounds to a high standard

• Assist with suite preparation for new residents

Requirements:

• Experience in maintenance roles with diverse technical tasks

• Valid G Driver's License

• Strong knowledge of safety legislation

• Basic computer skills, especially in Outlook and Excel

• Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively
