Position: Full-Time General Maintenance Engineer Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair electrical and HVAC systems

• Conduct general maintenance in public areas and guest rooms

• Implement preventative maintenance for equipment efficiency

• Collaborate with other trades for installations and repairs

• Ensure a clean and organized maintenance environment
Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience

• Post-secondary education in a technical field is beneficial

• 4th Class Operating Engineer License preferred

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills

• Physically fit for tasks such as lifting and climbing
