You will assist experienced Installers with bath installations, material prep, and job site organization to develop your skills for future success in the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support bath and shower installation processes

• Measure, cut, and prepare necessary materials

• Help organize job sites and assist with demos

• Collaborate with professional Installers to refine skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or carpentry

• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic measurements

• Experience with hand and power tools

• Must have a valid driver’s license and lift up to 100lbs
