HVAC Service Technician

Expand your HVAC expertise as a Service Technician in our Toronto office. This role focuses on field start-ups, troubleshooting, and hands-on maintenance of HVAC systems.

We seek a motivated individual to enhance customer service through practical mechanical repairs and maintenance. In this role, you will execute field start-ups, troubleshoot HVAC equipment, and carry out energy audits. Demonstrating initiative and independence are crucial while relying on a solid understanding of HVAC fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute field start-ups for HVAC equipment

• Troubleshoot and commission steam and hot water systems

• Carry out energy audits to assess efficiency

• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical diagrams

• Provide training and support at customer sites

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent technical experience

• 1-2 years in building automation systems

• Basic HVAC knowledge with practical skills

• Experience with BACnet and Tridium Niagara 4

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
