This pivotal position plays a crucial role in enhancing the mechanical systems of a landmark facility. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete HVAC retrofit project, ensuring all systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards.

Your role as a technical lead will bridge coordination with contractors while ensuring compliance and safety throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and commissioning of HVAC systems

• Conduct maintenance on rooftop and air-handling units

• Troubleshoot mechanical faults and perform repairs

• Supervise contractor compliance and safety measures

• Manage maintenance documentation and inventory

Requirements:

• Ontario 313A Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic license required

• TSSA Gas Technician G2 or G1 required

• At least 5 years in HVAC retrofit or installation

• Proficient in reading mechanical and electrical drawings

• Independent and detail-driven with a safety focus
