Position: HVAC Mechanic for Multi-Residential Buildings
Join our client as a 313D Licensed HVAC Mechanic handling maintenance tasks in North York's condominium sector. Bring your expertise in indoor air quality solutions!

This temporary role targets a skilled HVAC professional for maintaining and servicing in-suite HVAC systems in condominiums. You will focus on troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and helping ensure a comfortable living environment. Your ability to communicate and manage service calls will be vital to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain PTAC units and ventilation systems

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC components

• Identify water and drainage-related concerns

• Perform preventative maintenance within residential suites

• Communicate professionally with homeowners and management

Requirements:

• Valid 313D Mechanical License required

• At least 2 years of HVAC field experience

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Experience in condominiums is a plus
