Junior Operator in Building Management

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in building operations

• Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems

• Completed or in progress BES Certification Class I

• Effective communication and customer service skills

• Capability to perform physical tasks and ladder work
