Civil and Commercial Welder

Position: Civil and Commercial Welder Required

The position demands physical presence on-site, working in varied conditions including heights and dusty environments. You will engage in tasks such as interpreting specifications, operating various welding equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. A solid background in oxy-acetylene and other welding techniques is preferred for candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret welding blueprints and specifications

• Operate flame-cutting and bending machines

• Examine and ensure weld quality meets industry standards

• Fabricate or repair metal parts using welding processes

• Maintain and repair welding tools and equipment

Requirements:

• Strong experience with arc and gas welding machinery

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks

• Organized and flexible approach to work

• Safety-conscious with client focus

• Must hold authorization to work in Canada
