The position, reporting to the Canada Central District Manager, involves servicing and maintaining diagnostic equipment across hospitals and laboratories in Southwestern Ontario and Northern Ontario.
Your role includes troubleshooting, repairs, and client training, ensuring top-notch service and client satisfaction throughout your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, validate, and maintain diagnostic instruments
• Provide precise service documentation and maintenance records
• Foster strong relationships with clients, enhancing satisfaction
• Deliver training on equipment use and care
• Travel within Canada to fulfill service obligations
Requirements:
• Diploma in Biomedical or Electronics Engineering Technology
• At least 3 years of field service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with excellent driving history
• Up to 60% travel requirement, including overnight stays
• Physical ability for lifting and handling equipment
