Position: Toronto Field Service Technician Role

As a key member of the field service team reporting to the Field Service Manager, you will provide essential support and maintenance throughout your territory. Successful candidates have a minimum of three years of experience in field service or relevant industries, and must demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing and repairs on medical aesthetic devices

• Offer first-level phone support to both clients and technicians

• Carry out installations and ongoing service support

• Handle service call scheduling and parts management

• Foster positive customer relationships through effective service
Requirements:

• Associate degree required;
Bachelor's preferred

• 3+ years of relevant field experience needed

• Capability to lift 50lbs; up to 80lbs may be required

• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates preferred

• Driver’s license and personal vehicle needed
