Role

Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Home Services General Labourer role based in Scarborough, ON. Day-to-day field operations include exterior cleaning, painting, staining, maintenance, small repairs, and the safe use of tools, ladders, and equipment. Be ready to interact with clients on-site and answer basic questions. Assist with cleanup after each job, routine equipment checks, and adherence to company safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
:

As a physical Labourer, you will be responsible for completing a variety of home service projects, including but not limited to:

• Window Cleaning
  :
  Ensuring sparkling clean windows for residential and commercial properties.
• Gutter Cleaning
  :
  Removing debris and ensuring proper drainage for our clients' homes.
• Polymeric Sanding
  :
  Applying polymeric sand to interlocking brick surfaces for stability and aesthetics.
• Deck and Fence Staining
  :
  Applying stains and sealants to protect and enhance wooden structures.
• Pressure Washing
  :
  Cleaning various exterior surfaces such as siding, driveways, patios, and walkways.

Qualifications
:

• Must be prepared to work 40 hours per week
  , Monday to Friday, with potential for occasional overtime.
• Must possess your own reliable vehicle for transportation to various job sites throughout Toronto (Mainly Durham) and surrounding areas.
• Comfortable working at heights of 30-40 feet using ladders and potentially other access equipment (training and safety protocols provided).
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
  .
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work.
• Previous experience in similar roles is an asset but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials.
• A strong focus on safety and adherence to all safety protocols.
