Position: Maintenance Assistant at Royal Canadian Military Institute

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high standards of facility maintenance

• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs

• Assist in event setups and audio-visual support

• Conduct routine inspections of building systems

• Respond to maintenance emergencies after hours

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel or condominium operations

• Competence in drywall, patching, and basic repairs

• Knowledge of HVAC and fire alarm systems

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs safely
