310T Technician

A Canadian crane and fleet maintenance company is seeking a 310T Technician to join their 4-bay shop in Scarborough, ON. You'll work on a specialized fleet of approximately 50 vehicles, primarily mobile cranes and heavy-duty trucks. The role involves scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and component repairs in a clean, well-lit shop environment with full tool provision by the company.

Requirements:

Must-haves:310T certification or equivalent capability/willingness to obtain2+ years of heavy-duty diesel experience (or equivalent demonstrated skill)
Preference to those with 4 plus years experience

Proficiency in brakes, steering, suspension, kingpins, and clutch repairs

Ability to diagnose emissions and aftertreatment systems

Experience with Kenworth and Freightliner trucks and familiarity with OEM diagnostic software

Own hand tools

Valid G license and preferably a Commercial Driver's License Compensation & Benefits:

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Overtime: 0–5 hours weekly (voluntary weekend work available)
On-call:
Minimal after-hours callouts (~once every 3 months for emergency breakdowns)
Work Environment: 4-bay garage 90% shop-based maintenance and projects occasional service calls with company service truck (Ram 4500)#MHM
