This is a full-time, on-site role for a CFAA Fire Alarm Technician based in Toronto, ON. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and inspecting fire alarm and life safety systems to ensure compliance with safety standards. Day‑to‑day tasks include troubleshooting low‑voltage systems, performing scheduled maintenance, and addressing customer inquiries. The technician will also be responsible for accurate record‑keeping and providing timely feedback to clients to ensure reliable fire protection services.

• Proficiency in low‑voltage engineering and familiarity with alarm systems
• Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Knowledge of life safety systems and compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address concerns
• CFAA certification or eligibility to achieve certification
• Relevant experience working with fire alarm systems or within the fire protection industry
• Ability to work effectively in on‑site environments
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
