Become a vital part of Tricon's team as a Maintenance Technician in the Canary District of downtown Toronto. This position involves ensuring timely repairs, enhancing resident satisfaction, and upholding safety standards.

Tricon, a leading rental housing provider, seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to manage repairs and maintenance tasks. You will support the team by performing repairs in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and more while maintaining close communication with residents.

Your role ensures safety and compliance with regulations, directly impacting the quality of living for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests within 24 hours

• Perform plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs

• Conduct daily inspections and maintain logs of deficiencies

• Assist with safety compliance and inventory management

• Provide after-hours emergency support on a rotation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Skilled in building system maintenance and repairs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours including on-call shifts

• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office
