First Student is hiring a 310T Licensed Mechanic in Toronto, Ontario. Your mechanical expertise will help keep school buses safe and dependable for the community.
In this dynamic 310T Licensed Mechanic role, you will assist First Student's maintenance team at our Toronto shop. Your responsibilities will involve performing repairs on different vehicle systems, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and managing documentation efficiently. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, providing stability and numerous professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute routine maintenance on school buses and trucks
• Diagnose and solve mechanical challenges effectively
• Maintain accurate work orders and documentation
• Contribute to mobile emergency repair assistance
Requirements:
• Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician certification
• Experience in diesel and automotive mechanics
• Full set of mechanic's tools required
• Focused on safety with plans for ASE certification
