Lucid is on the lookout for an experienced Senior Service Technician who possesses a proven background in diagnosing and repairing Battery Electric Vehicles. In this role, you will collaborate closely with other technicians while maintaining high standards of service excellence. Your ability to address complicated issues will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair problems with electrical vehicle systems

• Train and mentor other technicians effectively

• Maintain high voltage and low voltage system knowledge

• Ensure accurate documentation during repairs

• Provide attentive customer support and communication
Requirements:

• 4+ years in a service technician role

• Must hold Red Seal 310S

• Experience in luxury automobile repair environments

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DMS software

• Valid driver's license with no recent suspensions
