Kagter Renovations Inc. is looking for an experienced Roofer to handle various roofing installations and repairs. With a background in residential settings, candidates should be comfortable working at heights and adapting to various locations. Key skills include installing built-up systems, asphalt shingles, and waterproof coatings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and replace various roofing materials
• Repair tiled roofs and single-ply roofing systems
• Apply coatings to masonry surfaces
• Erect scaffolding for safe work
• Use hand and power tools for installations
Requirements:
• 2-3 years roofing experience required
• Certificates for working at heights
• Secondary school graduation certificate
• Must possess a valid driver's licence
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
