Our high-energy production team is seeking qualified candidates for TIG welding roles. Successful applicants will interpret blueprints, operate advanced welding machinery, and adapt to rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. The position starts as a temp-to-permanent role after three months, providing long-term growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Interpret welding process specifications accurately
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Operate manual and automated welding equipment
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
Requirements:
• Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
• Certification of Qualification (456A) or relevant experience
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
