Position: Licensed Millwright at Crown Holdings
Crown Holdings is seeking a Licensed Millwright to support complex preventive maintenance and major repairs. Utilize your mechanical expertise to enhance efficiency in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

As a PM&R Technician at Crown, you will play a critical role in executing preventive maintenance and executing major overhauls. This hands-on position requires strong skills in troubleshooting and supporting complex repairs on can-making equipment. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute complex preventive maintenance on machinery

• Lead major overhauls, including teardown and rebuilding

• Diagnose breakdowns and develop safe repair plans

• Perform advanced mechanical troubleshooting

• Collaborate with Electricians for safe repairs

Requirements:

• Licensed Industrial Millwright or Machinist (Red Seal)

• 3–5 years hands-on maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical fundamentals and fabrication skills

• Basic electrical awareness for troubleshooting

• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
