The position emphasizes safety and mechanical inspections, as well as adherence to construction plans. You will complete your duties primarily during weekdays with potential overtime and weekend work based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect heavy equipment for safety and mechanical function

• Operate wheel loaders, excavators, and bulldozers

• Use attachments such as grapples and pulverizers

• Report defects or unsafe conditions promptly

• Maintain accurate equipment and duty logs

Requirements:

• Experience operating heavy equipment

• Knowledge of construction project plans

• Safety training certifications, including WHMIS

• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime
