Licensed Avionics Technician at Execaire

Execaire Aviation is seeking a Licensed Avionics Technician to ensure operational integrity of avionics systems. Engage in servicing, troubleshooting, and installing advanced navigation technologies.

In this role, you will operate with a defined background in avionics, completing installations and repairs on communication, radar, and cabin systems. The technician must interpret engineering drawings and have familiarity with industry standards, supporting aircraft interior work as necessary. Your expertise will also involve certification and inspection of parts to meet Transport Canada and FAA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and install interconnecting wiring in avionics systems

• Interpret engineering drawings for effective installations

• Assist with removal and re-installation of aircraft interiors

• Certify avionics installations as required by company standards

• Inspect components to ensure they meet airworthiness regulations

Requirements:

• Relevant trade school diploma or college degree in Avionics

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience

• Hold an Avionics 'E' license; M1/M2 preferred

• Obtain full YYZ AVOP and RAIC within 6 months

• Ability to lift 32 lbs overhead
