Position: Pipefitter Welder at Siltech Corporation
Join Siltech Corporation as a full-time Pipefitter/Welder in Fort Erie. This role focuses on safe welding and equipment maintenance to meet engineering specifications.

Siltech Corporation is seeking an experienced Pipefitter/Welder for its Fort Erie Plant. In this permanent position, you will utilize your Red Seal certification and apply your skills in TIG, MIG, and Stick welding. The role includes collaborating with maintenance teams on various project activities, equipment installations, and annual shutdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete piping and equipment installations

• Weld, thread, and pipe fit both in shop and field

• Perform quality control tests on all pipe systems

• Collaborate with contractors on project activities

• Manage spare parts inventory with maintenance supervisor

Requirements:

• Current welder/pipe fitter license (Red Seal)

• 3-5 years’ experience in a chemical plant

• TSSA certification for welding piping systems

• Experience with TIG, MIG, and Stick welding

• Knowledge of piping layout from P&'s and/or isometrics
