Capital Floor is looking for dedicated individuals with 3 to 5 years of flooring installation experience. The ideal candidate will not only install but also manage customer service aspects, work in diverse settings, and adapt to varying job requirements. Frequent travel is essential as you navigate between residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and prepare surfaces prior to installation

• Accurately measure, cut, and install flooring

• Repair and maintain existing floor coverings

• Conduct essential tests before laying flooring

• Estimate necessary materials and costs for each job

Requirements:

• High school graduation or relevant experience

• 3-5 years of installation or related experience

• Must be bondable and undergo a criminal background check

• Ability to travel between multiple locations

• Strength for handling heavy materials
