Enhance your masonry career as a full-time Bricklayer in East York, ON, with a starting rate of $43.00 hourly. This position exclusively requires on-site work, focusing on residential construction.
In this permanent role, you will be responsible for laying bricks and constructing prefabricated masonry units. It is crucial that you hold the necessary safety certifications, including First Aid and Fall Arrest Protection. You will need reliable transportation to access various job sites around East York.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install bricks and other masonry units on residential projects
• Cut bricks and concrete blocks to meet specifications
• Construct and install chimneys and fireplaces
• Lay materials for stylish veneer facing
• Collaborate with other trades in construction projects
Requirements:
• Certification in Occupational Health and Safety
• First Aid and CPR certification required
• WHMIS and Fall Arrest Protection training
• Valid driver's license and personal transportation
