For this position, we seek an experienced professional with at least five years in landscape construction. Responsibilities include grading, excavation, building custom pools, and operating machinery safely. Your leadership will ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow safety guidelines according to Ontario regulations

• Participate in the construction of patios, pools, and landscapes

• Operate tools and machinery, including excavators and snowplows

• Provide assistance and mentorship to team members

• Maintain high-quality customer service throughout projects

Requirements:

• Valid G license and transportation required

• Minimum five years of relevant experience

• Lift and handle up to 60 lbs

• Flexibility to work in all weather conditions

• Team-oriented with effective communication skills
