Position: Drillers Assistant for Rig Operations
Become a key player in drilling operations as a Drillers Assistant. This physically demanding role requires a positive attitude, a day-to-day commitment to safety, and teamwork in Ontario.

Join our dynamic two-person drilling crew in a challenging assistant role. You will support the daily operations of the drilling rig, including mobilization, maintenance, and safety practices. Ideal candidates are motivated to learn and contribute to the crew's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow site-specific safety protocols at all times

• Participate actively in daily safety meetings and risk assessments

• Conduct pre-operational equipment checks before use

• Assist the Driller with daily rig operations

• Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment

• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and shop environments

Requirements:

• Ontario G licence is mandatory

• DZ licence is considered an asset

• Willingness to engage in labor-intensive tasks

• Positive and motivated attitude is essential

• Commitment to safety and teamwork required
