HVAC Apprentice

Overview

We are a growing HVAC service company specializing in condominiums and in-suite HVAC units throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

We are looking for a motivated HVAC Apprentice who wants to develop real-world troubleshooting, service, and diagnostic skills while working alongside experienced technicians in occupied residential environments.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in building a long‑term career in HVAC service and maintenance rather than new construction.

We specialize in:

• Heat pump service and maintenance
• Fan coil repair and maintenance
• ERV and HRV systems
• Air conditioning diagnostics and repairs
• Preventative maintenance
• HVAC equipment replacement
• Warranty service for leading manufacturers
• In-suite HVAC systems for Condominium and multi‑residential communities

Our technicians work directly in occupied suites, providing professional service while maintaining a high level of customer care and communication.

• Assist technicians with service calls and maintenance visits
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment
• Clean and maintain fan coils, heat pumps, PTAC units, ERVs and more
• Assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Carry tools and materials as required
• Complete service reports and documentation
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Interact professionally with residents, property managers, and building staff
• Follow all company safety procedures

• Registered HVAC apprentice (preferred) or a strong interest in entering the HVAC trade
• Valid G2 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in occupied residential suites
• Ability to lift equipment and work in various physical environments

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
