Position: Waterproofing Foreman for New Canadian Drain
Lead drainlayer and waterproofing projects with New Canadian Drain and Plumbing Ltd. in the Greater Toronto Area. Oversee installations, repairs, and team activities to ensure quality work.

We are seeking an experienced Waterproofing Foreman to manage various projects across the GTA. This full-time position entails supervising workers, ensuring project compliance, and maintaining job site standards. Your leadership will enhance team efficiency and productivity in both residential and commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee installation and repair of waterproofing systems

• Train and supervise drainlayer workers and helpers

• Manage project timelines and ensure quality outcomes

• Maintain job site safety and report issues to management

• Monitor inventory and equipment for project needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

• Proficient with waterproofing and drain installations

• Ability to lift heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s licence required
