Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead other plastering workers

• Apply and smooth multiple coats of plaster effectively

• Clean and prepare surfaces for plaster application

• Level and finish corners and decorative designs

• Trowel stucco for weatherproof exterior surfaces

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in plastering

• Secondary school graduation or equivalent

• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

• Own tools, including steel-toed safety boots

• Authorized to work in Canada
