Masonry Group is seeking an experienced Bricklayer Foreman to oversee a dedicated crew of bricklayers and apprentices. You will be responsible for organizing work, ensuring project timelines, and executing precise bricklaying tasks. Ideal candidates must have over 10 years of bricklaying experience and proficiency in reading and following technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a crew of bricklayers and apprentices

• Organize work schedules and project timelines

• Lay bricks, stones, and masonry units accurately

• Read and interpret construction drawings thoroughly

• Facilitate transportation of crew members using a company vehicle

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of bricklaying experience

• Ability to work at heights and on scaffolding

• Hard hat and safety boots compliance

• WHMIS and other safety training preferred

• Proven organizational skills for project management
