Job SummaryManroc Developments is currently seeking an experienced Development Miner to join our underground development team. The successful candidate will operate jackleg/stoper to carry out lateral, incline, and decline ramp development.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are top priorities.
Schedule & Site Conditions- 14/14 rotation
- Rotating days and nights
- Client-approved site access required
- Previous experience operating jackleg/stoper is required
- Strong commitment to safe work practices
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a production-driven setting
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to complete pre-access testing as a condition of employment (as per client site requirements)
