Join ENCORE as a Technical Services Specialist, focusing on event audio visual setups and client satisfaction. This position requires solid technical skills and a passion for service.
As a Technical Services Representative, you’ll be responsible for setting up and dismantling high-end audio visual equipment for various events.
Your role will include ensuring all equipment is in order and conducting troubleshooting before events. A key aspect of this job is to represent ENCORE professionally while managing equipment under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate audio visual equipment for events
• Ensure readiness of all equipment related to events
• Load and unload heavy equipment from vehicles
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on equipment
• Document and report on events as required
Requirements:
• High School diploma or post-secondary qualification
• 2-3+ years in customer service or hospitality roles preferred
• Proficient in setting up audio visual equipment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
