With more than 5 years of experience in hardscaping, you will ensure projects meet high standards for both commercial and residential applications. You'll have the opportunity to work independently, leading small crews, or collaborating with other professionals, enhancing your craft while meeting customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install interlocking patios, driveways, and walkways according to specs

• Perform site excavation, grading, and compaction

• Fit pavers accurately while ensuring drainage integrity

• Conduct final clean-up and apply polymeric sand

• Operate small machinery and uphold safety standards at sites

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hardscape installation experience required

• Ownership of necessary tools and equipment for the job

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and work outdoors

• Strong focus on detail and safety standards
