Key Responsibilities:
• Address building maintenance issues promptly
• Supervise and coordinate contractor services
• Monitor expenses and report on maintenance trends
• Uphold safety policies in maintenance activities
• Participate in on-call rotations and record activities
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Ability to lift 25 kilograms required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office necessary
• Good judgment and interpersonal skills
• Yardi experience is beneficial
