As a Technician, you will lead the operation and continuous improvement of vital systems, ensuring compliance with every regulatory requirement. Your deep technical knowledge and leadership will allow you to handle multiple sites efficiently while minimizing downtime. Collaborating with other departments, you will support major upgrades and ensure optimal guest comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance and improvement initiatives for HVAC and plumbing

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues

• Document and track performance via CMMS

• Participate in emergency response and maintenance efforts

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a complex environment

• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts

• Strong interpersonal skills for team collaboration

• Creative approaches to HVAC maintenance

• Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
