Heavy Equipment Operator in Woodville

Join CBM Aggregates as a Heavy Equipment Operator in Woodville, Ontario. This permanent, full-time role focuses on safety and operation of loaders and other heavy machinery.

CBM Aggregates, part of Votorantim Cimentos North America, is seeking a Plant/Loader Operator to help build Ontario’s infrastructure. In this full-time position, you will operate heavy equipment and support maintenance tasks. As a member of a diverse workplace, you will contribute to enhancing our safety culture while working 11-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-use and hazard inspections consistently

• Operate loaders, skid steers, and hand tools safely

• Maintain plant equipment including greasing and moving

• Collaborate and demonstrate a positive team attitude

• Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Being at least 18 years old

• Valid Ontario driver’s license required

• Ability to work 11-hour shifts and be punctual

• Willingness to learn on-the-job with regular training

• Reliable transportation necessary, no public transit access
