In this full-time role, you will utilize your 5–10 years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC/R to assist customers and field teams. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting, conducting training sessions, and offering startup assistance for a range of commercial and light industrial systems. Effective communication and diagnostic skills will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support via phone, email, and onsite visits
• Troubleshoot commercial HVAC/R equipment and controls
• Lead training for customers and staff
• Offer onsite and remote startup assistance
• Collaborate on designs and assist with warranty claims
Requirements:
• HVAC/R Technical program completed with relevant experience
• Strong understanding of commercial systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean record
• Experience in estimating or project management is an asset
• Bilingual skills in French/English preferred
